Grief
Grief is an overwhelming weight that no one should carry alone. It takes on multitudes of unique angles, which leads to its very own deep feeling of loneliness. Therapy is a place to feel held in a space of understanding, to say the things that you are not sure you can say to another person. No matter how dark, how perverse, how unseen, or dismissed. A place to begin movement over a threshold that you did not ask or wish for. To express the unimaginable.
In the depths of loss, it’s easy to feel isolated, misunderstood, and consumed by pain and anxiety. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness—it’s an act of courage and self-compassion. You don’t have to face the incomprehensible hole or the crushing sorrow, the loss of a dream, or the indescribable experience causing you to fall to your knees, alone. I am here to listen without judgment, to hold space as you cry, to help you find meaning again when everything feels shattered or confused.
Your grief is real, your pain is valid, and your need to be seen by someone who will not say one more stupid thing is so important. You deserve support and comfort around whatever is causing grief in your life today. And in that space, we will work to find the path forward that is for you, and only you.
